Prior to entering the workforce, we all experienced school life. I want to give credit to my teachers who consistently reminded us to interact with people from different races. As a result of this practice, I formed my very own team and together we accomplished various achievements in school. Furthermore, mutual encouragement was a key element that enabled us to develop in our own unique ways 

Winning the elections for class monitor, club leader, or uniform president is a clear indication of the support and respect received from our peers. These opportunities provide an excellent starting point for developing leadership skills. This was how I discovered my passion for growing and connecting with others through leadership roles. Hence, Leadership by example.

My journey continued into my university life, where I had the opportunity to connect with a diverse group of individuals and together we accomplished remarkable feats. Our culturally diverse and multi-racial group garnered attention from around the world, and we often achieved top rankings within the university

I consider myself fortunate to secure the opportunity to work for a major generic pharmaceutical company in Malaysia after completing my studies. This experience provided me with valuable training in people-related, managerial, and technical skills. Interestingly, many were surprised to learn that I had a background in pharmaceutical chemistry before becoming a trainer. 

"You were a chemist, but you decided to become a trainer instead, wouldn't that be a complete 180 degrees change over?"  One of the majority's responses. 

That is why, I firmly believe that passion and dedication are elements that truly make differences in any career, regardless of the field."

Starting a new career during the Covid season posed several challenges. Nevertheless, I was determined to pursue my dream and ventured into something new and aligned with my interests. Although the journey was not without its hurdles, I persevered and refused to give up because I knew the end reward would be worth it. This experience allowed me to uncover previously unknown talents and capabilities, expanding my perception of what I can accomplish. I am now excited to utilize these abilities to contribute to society and make a meaningful impact.
